Crownplay Loyalty Tiers
Unlike everything else in this section, the loyalty programme is never claimed. It accumulates. Points build from staking, tiers follow from points, and the benefits appear in the account without an opt-in. That silent quality is what makes it worth examining carefully: the format with the least friction is also the one most capable of quietly changing how much someone plays.
How progression is measured
The counter tracks stake volume, not results, so a losing month and a winning month of equal size advance a player identically. A common conversion awards one point for every ten francs staked on reels, with table and live rounds weighted lower — the same principle that governs turnover. Tiers then differ along four axes rather than one.
| Axis | Lower tiers | Upper tiers |
|---|---|---|
| Point conversion | Poor exchange rate into credit | Better rate, sometimes without turnover |
| Rebate rate | Minimal or absent | Raised, linked to standing |
| Payout ceilings | Standard daily and monthly caps | Lifted, requests reviewed first |
| Contact route | General desk, 24/7 chat and email | A named account manager |
Most programmes also demote after a period of inactivity, and accrued points can expire alongside the tier, which is worth knowing before treating a status as a durable asset.
What a personal contact actually delivers
From a certain tier upward the operator assigns a named contact. The genuine benefit is queue-jumping: questions about verification, a stalled payout or the wording of a campaign no longer go through the general desk. Two caveats belong beside it. Support here runs around the clock but German is not guaranteed, so correspondence is usually in English. And an account manager is not a neutral intermediary — the role exists to retain business. Offers arriving through that channel deserve exactly the same scrutiny as a banner in the promotion feed, and the clauses that govern them are on the terms page.
Which limits move, and which do not
Higher standing raises daily and monthly payout ceilings and pushes requests up the review queue. The lower end of the process is unchanged: the minimum withdrawal stays at 20 CHF, the review window before release stays at up to 24 hours, and a first payout including identity checks still runs to 48 hours. Only afterwards does the transfer clock start — one to two hours by e-wallet, one to three banking days by card, two to four by bank transfer, up to a day for crypto. Full detail sits under withdrawals.
Why elevated status increases risk
A tier ladder rewards volume, and that is not a side effect but the design. More staking produces a higher tier; a higher tier makes further staking look more rewarding. That feedback loop is the point at which entertainment becomes a pattern, and it is the reason this page carries a warning the other pages in the section do not.
In a licensed Swiss casino, the Gambling Act would require a social-protection framework at exactly this juncture — early detection of unusual behaviour, trained staff, a documented intervention route and, in the last resort, exclusion. That statutory duty binds concession holders. Crownplay holds no Swiss concession, so nobody at the operator is legally obliged to look. Nor does the national exclusion help: it applies to every licensed Swiss casino and large-scale game simultaneously and stops at the border of the concession system, meaning a player excluded domestically is not excluded here. What remains are the operator's own self-exclusion and deposit caps, described under self-exclusion, plus independent support from SOS-Spielsucht and the cantonal specialist services. Accepting a tier invitation before a deposit limit is in place is the wrong order of operations. Gambling is for adults of 18 and over.
