Once the turnover formula is understood, most of the conditions text is still unread — and it is the unread part that decides contested cases. Deadlines, residence exclusions, the definition of abuse, duplicate detection and the order in which a payout interacts with an open bonus all live there. This page walks through them one at a time. Deadlines ignore how much you play
Every promotion carries at least one deadline, generally between a few days and a month, counted from credit in CET or CEST. It runs on the calendar rather than on session time: a week away consumes exactly as much of the window as a week of heavy play. When the window closes on an unfinished requirement, the bonus balance and anything won from it are removed while your own funds stay intact. Some campaigns add a second, shorter deadline on activation, meaning the offer has to be selected within days of registration.
Country exclusions and access
Nearly every conditions text lists countries of residence barred from promotions, and that list is not the same as the list of countries where registration is possible. An account can therefore exist perfectly legitimately while its holder's residence is excluded from a given offer. For Swiss readers a second layer applies: the operator holds no concession under the Gambling Act that took effect on 1 July 2019, and non-concessioned sites can be entered on the blocking lists kept by the Federal Gaming Board and Gespa, after which domestic providers cut access at DNS level. What the abuse clause covers
The abuse clause is drafted broadly and targets behaviour that defeats the commercial purpose of an offer rather than any particular trick.

The clause is written around effect, not intent, which catches people out. Hedging on a roulette table to pass time satisfies the first row whether or not anyone meant to game the system.
Duplicate accounts
One account per person is the baseline, extended to one per household, device and network address. Checks run against identity documents, payment details and technical fingerprints, so a duplicate surfaces at the latest during verification before a first payout. The consequence normally reaches every affected account rather than just the newest. Where several adults genuinely share an address and play separately, raising it with support in advance is far easier than explaining it at the payout stage; the desk is staffed around the clock, generally in English, as described under support.
Requesting a payout with a bonus open
The order of operations is stated plainly in the terms and still surprises people regularly. A withdrawal request submitted while a requirement is unfinished usually removes the bonus balance and everything won from it; only your own money is paid, from the 20 CHF minimum upward. The operator then reviews the request within 24 hours, or within 48 when a first payout brings identity checks with it, and only afterwards does the transfer begin — one to two hours by e-wallet, one to three banking days by card, two to four by bank transfer, up to a day for crypto.
